Pitching In

The whole Q101 office is migrating over to Outlook this week, and Joel (our IT guy) needed to make sure all our boxes were patched up. I ended up staying late and helping him out, going from computer to computer, logging on as an administrator and downloading/installing patches.

The sucky thing was… I completely blanked about my Outlook training (which started at 1:30 PM), and got there late. I had been waiting on a phone call (that never came), and had held off on lunch. It’s roughly 11:46 PM right now, and all I’ve had to eat today has been some potato chips, a Twix bar, and two beers.

So it goes.
