Dang

I was about to buy my camera tonight. But after calling my credit card company (I wanted to let them know about the purchase, since I haven’t used it in a while), I wasn’t able to answer one of their questions (regarding a bill discrepancy from a while back). Since I haven’t used the card in ages, they weren’t asking me the standard info, and were trying to make sure I was really me.

So, tomorrow, as a formality I need to verify my identity by showing up at a bank and having them call some kind of special number. A bit of a pain in the ass, but it’s nice to know they’re serious about making sure it’s me.
