Sorry there’s not much here tonight. I’m feeling fairly tired, and not that motivated to update the blog all that much this evening. I’m planning on starting my holiday vacation soon (Wednesday), and I’ll be lounging around with a lot more time and energy in a few days. Planning on cleaning the house, messing with my new iMac (which is due to arrive tomorrow), and watching a CRAPTON of West Wing episodes.
Tonight, I did some holiday gift stuff. And I’ve been reading poems from a book I got at Alex and Linda’s place. For some reason, I always seem to read poems when I’m at their place, and this book just happened to catch my eye (it’s called “New Poets of the ’90′s”). I came across some poems I really liked while visiting this weekend, which I plan on sharing in the coming weeks.
But for tonight, I just ended up flipping through this volume. Right now, I’m thinking of how nice it would be to read this book early in the morning, while sipping coffee. Possibly at Filter.
The more I think about it – it’s something I should plan to do later this week, on one of my days off.
