Not As Advertised

Found a letter from Steph (who works for my landlord, Ted). This was on the back:

Sadly, the letter was neither spooky, nor was it evil. It did, however, advertise a rather tastful loft for rent in the Bucktown area, on the corner of Armitage and Milwaukee. It’s a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 1300 square feet, 18′ ceilings, central air, in-unit laundry, dishwasher, microwave, balcony. Rent is going for $1295 a month.

So…. if anyone’s thinking of moving in nearby, and wants this… gimme a holler. :)

Actually, this was quite cute. I tend to write little "hello" messages to Steph, when I hand in my rent check (also enclosed in an envelope). I guess this is our little thing, passing these messages scrawled on the back of letters. Like e-mail, but different.
