So we hang out and talk a while. And next thing you know, Matt and I are hooking up my old Playstation (that would be the first one) to the TV. A bunch of us used to play Twisted Metal 4, back when we were in grad school at OSU.
There was a group of us who would meet for coffee, go over our poems, give ourselves exercises… and then kill a few hours by playing this game. Hell, there was a time when I didn’t even have a real TV and had a VCR hooked up to an old monitor that I used to have for my Apple II c.
So this was some serious nostalgia.
Incidentally, the Playstation itself is kinda busted. So I had to find something that was super heavy to set on top of it, to keep the lid down and force the disc to spin.

Watching Juliet get pissed off was almost as fun as watching the TV.
