Fun Day

Ben’s been doing the design for "Twisted," the annual concert Q101 throws. This year, the lineup is going to be: Disturbed, Box Car Racer, The Vines, Jimmy Eat World, Moby, 3 Doors Down, and Sugarcult. The big coup though, is that we (er, Q101) got Public Enemy to agree to perform as well. A few weeks back, I was around when Rey (who oversees most Q101 events) was looking to fill out the roster. Ben and Justin both threw in some ideas, and PE was one of them. On hearing they agreed, both were quite ecstatic.

I worked a bit with a smaller element of Ben’s illustration today. The overall look is going to be a spin of an old Soviet Propaganda poster. Today was fun – can’t wait until Ben and I dive into this thing tomorrow.
