Kind Of A Loss, But Not Really

One scary thing that happened: when the bill came, I went for my wallet and found that… my debit card was missing. :(

Looked and looked, but it either fell out of my pocket somewhere, or I left it in the ATM machine this afternoon. I’m usually good about remembering to grab my card (never "lost" it anywhere before), but no card to be found in the wallet.

Paid cash, and after getting home… I called the bank. Thankfully, there were no additional withdrawals beyond what I took out earlier today. So even if I had left it in the ATM *shudder*, no one took out any money. And there were no transactions for the rest of the day, either.

So… cancelled the card, and I need to pick up a temporary one tomorrow. For a moment there, I thought that a really terrible case of bad luck had been following me around all this time. Slight scare, but all’s well.
