I had lots of good invites to go do stuff tonight, but this overwhelming urge to hide out in my apartment kicked in again. Which is a shame, because Millenium Park opened up this weekend, and Chris and Will and Eric were all headed out there, as were Justin and Dave.

In addition to a park filled with artwork and tons of folks, there was this slideshow later in the evening, which was to be a collaboration between Ira Glass and Chris Ware.

But all in all, my aversion to being in public won out. I ended up doing a crapload of cleaning (put on my iPod headphones, and went around in a trance). I ended up doing massive amounts of laundry as well. And by the end of the night, I was just puttering around from room to room. I also ended up watching a fuckload of Six Feet Under episodes.
