Unexpected Dinner, Missed Friend

I didn’t get a chance to check my messages yesterday, and missed a call from my uncle, aunt and cousin. They’re all in town today because my uncle’s participating in some swim competition tomorrow morning, and they wanted to see if I could grab a bite to eat with them.

Earlier in the day, I got a note from Jeremy (aka wyndom earle), and found out he was in town for a friend’s show (at Heaven Gallery).

I had a ton of fun hanging out with him (and other 12stone folk) at Dustin and Sherie’s wedding, about a month back. I had originally planned on hanging out with him for a bit, prior to going to a birthday party for Matt (aka Tha.Riddla).

I had a good meal at a nearby Italian joint, but it ran way longer than I expected. By the time I was done saying goodbye, it was closing in on 11:00 PM, and I needed to head over to Matt’s.

Sorry we weren’t able to hang out, Jeremy. Let me know next time you’re in town!
