Portland, Ho!

Did a ton of errands today, after work. Got some new shoes. Checked in on Nebula, as this was my last day catsitting. Handed off the keys to Howard. Met up with Chelsea, and handed her my keys so that she could cat-sit (it’s been a cat-filled week here). Hung out for a bit with her, and came home to do some laundry and get ready for my trip.

I’m off to Portland for a few days, to hang out with Stu and Juliet. And on top of that, I think Stu and I are heading up to Vancouver for a few days. Some weeks ago, we had an idea to collaborate on an article. And it looks like we’ll be in Vancouver for a few days. I’m not sure what, but I’m certain it’s going to be a ton of fun. There’s nothing quite like the prospect of a new city, and no set schedule.

I’m likely not going to have much Internet access while I’m away. Feel free to drop me a line, as I’ll be checking email when I can. But blog updates will be on hold, until I get back.
