At first, I thought this was a joke site. But then, I watched the video on how to fold one… and wow! How awesome is this thing?

I passed the link around to my coworkers, and Jane ended up printing out a version and cutting/folding it for me! I chuckled a good deal though, on seeing the address. 666 Happy Street? We were all joking that there would be a ton of laughing kids playing on Happy Street, but that the house at 666 would be in shambles, with a storm cloud hovering over the roof. LOL.
