Apologies

Haven’t really been in a blog mood lately.

After work last night, I was talking with Justin and had planned for a movie/video game night at my house. Which is rare, because I haven’t really had people over to my place in… well, ever. I’ve never been one to really throw parties or events at the places where I live, so it’s a rare thing. But my apartment was actually clean for once this week. :) Yes yes, drop your monocles in shock. It’s craziness.

So I figured I’d get some folks over and watch some movies, or play on that fancy gamecube I got. But in talking this through, Justin convinces me that we should do it tonight, instead of on Saturday. So we run out to Target, pick up some extra controllers and rent a few games.

As the night goes on, I guess we called up everyone else too late. It ended up being just the two of us, which made for a pretty fun, relaxed evening.

I’m now sorta debating whether I should return those other two controllers, or keep them around.

Anyone know any good four-player games for the Nintendo gamecube? And in this vein, think about folks who may not necessarily be all that adept at games. Just fun stuff for four people to play at once. If you’ve got suggestions, let me know.
