Sunday Night Kegger. Sorta

Here’s a snapshot of the evening. Stu was having a bunch of people over at his place, mainly to celebrate the fact that Alex is in town for a week. To add to the festivites, Alex’s good friends Jason and Claire are also in town.

Whew!

I was under the assumption there was going to be a keg… but turns out, Alex, Stu and Justin invested in about 3 cases of beer instead.

Hula girls are never wrong.

Stu (working on the laptop), and Justin. Stu’s been focusing on work for a solid while now, and when we talked shop… he sounded like he was ready for a break. In fact, it sounded like he was going to need a break soon, whether his schedule allowed for it or not.

Like most of my friends, Stu is a workaholic, and incredibly passionate/focused on what he does professionally. We talked about this a bit, and both acknowledged how we liked that aspect of our friends.

Still – Stu’s overworked. I hope he gets those days soon, so he can recover (or at the very least, recharge).
