Typographic Illustrations

I came across this on DIK a few days back. Go visit ni9e.com, and check out the Flash-based type animations they’ve got going on. Awesome!

When I saw this, I started talking to Ben about how this might have been constructed. I had a few theories on how it might be done through scripting (we both felt that it wasn’t done manually).

Hopefully, before the weekend’s out, I’ll have something to show you. I’ve made some good progress tonight, and it’s remarkably, geekily exciting. I’ve been having a blast so far!
