No Hot Water

This morning, I woke up and when I brushed my teeth… noticed that I had no hot water at all.

The past few days, it’s been pretty cold out. And inside my apartment, it’s been a little chilly, Having lived here for the past few years, I know it’s cold in here (technically, it’s a basement apartment).

Lately, it’s taken a lot of effort to raise up the temperature in this place. I wrote it off as part of the apartment, and had sort of accepted that this place would just always be cold in the wintertime.

But no hot water? This was a problem.

Thankfully, there were some guys upstairs who were working on building out the third floor. I went up to ask them if they were working with the water. When they said no and I explained my situation, one of the guys followed me downstairs to check.

And guess what?
