Student Meetings

Only one today, with Emma. We talked about basic actionscript concepts, and how to direct Flash beyond basic stop and play actions. We delved into instance names, frame labels – even duplicateMovieClip a bit. The good stuff.

We met from 1 – 3 PM, which was longer than I anticipated, but we covered a lot of ground. I was worried I might overwhelm her, but she was very quick and picked up everything almost instantly. Before she left, she handed me some cookies. She said that, when she gets nervous (especially about war), she bakes. So she made me some peanut butter cookies. Rock!
