Was working on making some catfish for dinner, mixed vegetables, rice. Until today, I never really experienced apprehension (serious, every-move-is-slow-and-careful-apprehension) while cutting vegetables. While I was cooking, I started to imagine all sorts of mishaps – and wondered what combination of events might lead to injury and, subsequently, discovery.
