This Just In!

Ok. It’s Wednesday, July 16th. My sister just called to let me know that John Travolta did in fact show up, and gave a speech towards the end of the evening. Dammit! To top things off, my dad got his picture taken with Neil Armstrong – which is awesome because he was really hoping to get that chance. He was a bit shy about the prospect, but we could all tell he was really hoping he’d get a chance. And it turns out he did!

Dammit! I missed a photo opportunity with Travolta. He might have even let me try on his goofy hat!
