Closure

So I got my car back. $170 for towing/storage. And as I walked to get my car from the lot, I noticed there was a ticket on the windshield. So now, in addition to the $170 towing fee I just paid… I now have to mail in $30 for the ticket itself.

This is taken about 15 feet past the Impound Lot fence. I pulled my car over and was shuffling through paperwork, and decided to snap this pic. I’m guessing that, if I stuck around, one of the tow trucks would have swung around and I would have been charged another $160 for being towed all of 15 feet.

I didn’t stick around to find out.
