On The Way To Work
Today was the kind of cold Chicago day your mother warned you about. I woke up and shivered around the apartment a bit. After doing a quick spot-check of the windows (which seem to be holding up ok), I found that the door in the living room was leaking cold. I’m talking a stream of cold air like a hose.
I thought I had already sealed the door up, but apparently not (I wasn’t able to fully seal it up until later on in the evening, after I got home at the end of the day).
On my walk to work, I happened to see a ton of things that caught my eye. It was one of those days where I felt like I could have just kept on taking pictures for an hour, or even for the rest of the day. Every little stupid thing held significance for me, and I wanted to capture it all. It was a great feeling, and one that I want to have more often.
This stairwell is literally right outside my door.
The centre cannot hold.
I seem to have a thing for arrows.
