Ben: Portrait of a nerd
New machine arrived today. Chris, being the newest among us, gets to inherit Ben’s Mac. In turn, Ben gets the fancy G5. Though I’m a PC user, I gotta say… this thing looks sweet.

This morning, I started off the day trying to find Menomena’s web site. I think my eyes stopped bleeding sometime around noon.

Right now, I’m listening to “Stray Dog and the Chocolate Shake.” Got the album today, and I’ve been looping the thing ever since. Then again, this is nothing new to you I’m sure. By now, you realize I’m prone to that shit.
Justin and I stopped down at Dunphy’s for an after-work drink. What was going to be a quick chat turned into a fairly extended session. Originally, my order was for a Johnny Walker Red and Jim Beam, straight. He served it to us on the rocks, and when I returned the drinks… we got these monsters instead: I gotta tell…

I woke up early this morning, amazingly. Even with Daylight Savings and losing an hour, I managed to haul my ass out of bed and ran a few errands early in the AM. I got back a little before noon, and had designs on cleaning up the apartment a bit. I got a coffee from Gallery and, in a slight…
I spent most of the night doing some blog maintenance, and updating yesterday’s entry. During the whole process of me getting this second version up, I ended up stripping out some <param> tags inadvertantly. This means that some of the Flash movies on here weren’t working properly. That should be fixed now. I got to go through a lot of…
