My friend (and coworker)

My friend (and coworker) Matt recently purchased a house, and has since spent a great deal of time, money, and energy improving the spaces. Today, I went over and took a few photos for him. He’s renting out the top two units, and wanted some photographs to post with his ads (and he also wanted a few pictures for sheer documentation purposes).

On walking in, both apartments reeked of newness to me. Everywhere I could see, stuff was just brand spanking new and I’m amazed these places aren’t already snatched up. The pictures I took don’t really do the space justice (the rooms look smaller in these photos versus in real life). I tried to do some walkthroughs of the apartments, and took some video of that. The lighting is off in a few places in my videos, but I think you get a pretty good idea for how the units look, spacially.

Here are the specs: the apartments are located at 1505 West Huron, roughly Ashland and Huron.

1st Floor Unit: 3 bedroom apartment for $1250. Newer kitchen, dishwasher, newer bathroom, central air and laundry onsite. Pets are OK for this apartment.

2nd Floor Unit: 4 bedroom two-level apartment for $1840. New carpet, hardwood floors, dishwasher, central air. Highlights include gas fireplace and jacuzzi, along with private deck. Garage space included with apartment. Laundry onsite.
