Mac Games?

Any suggestions out there for some good video games for the Mac? I was always under the assumption that Macs were maybe 6 months or so behind the PC world, as far as games went. If something came out for a PC, maybe… maybe it would get released for the Mac.

Is Half-Life 2 currently available on the Mac? Doom III?

I’m not crazy about Rollercoaster Tycoon – but well… shit. I’m willing to go there, if that’s all there is. :|

Chris and I talked about Mac games on the train ride home this evening. While I’m sure World of Warcraft is available on the Mac, I’m not so sure I want to enter that land of heroin and time-sucking again. Fun while it lasted, but I think it’s better that I quit when I did.
