Goodbye Liz

I dropped Liz off this morning at the Damen stop, so she could catch an early train out to O’Hare. She’s heading to Hawaii to visit with her sister, and is off on a week-long vacation.

After her hectic few weeks (working one full-time job, two part-time jobs, and a class two times a week), she definitely needs a break where she can just kick up her feet and relax some. Some time not doing much of anything is definitely in order.

While I’m sad to see her leave for a week… there is a small plus side to this. She left her Vespa here.

And she gave me her keys.
