Blue Mashed Potatoes Look… Bluer
A day or two in the fridge, and the blue mashed potatoes just keep getting blue-er. SO weird.
Even though my brain says it can’t have spoiled in just two days, the color gives me pause. Still delicious, but I did end up taking that first bite very, very slowly.
It looks nasty…but they are awesome
