Scaffoldage: Skeletal Archiporn

Scaffoldage does pretty much what it says on the tin: lots and lots of photos of scaffolding.

It’s actually quite the mesmerizing site. There are tons of super-industrial examples, but a lot of scaffolds that seem to be made from bamboo and barely holding together.

I’m kind of in awe at how large some of the scaffolding gets – it’s always something I think to be smaller in scale. But to see an enormous network surrounding some of these monument-sized structures is just kind of crazy.
