Hugo Peekaboo

We’ve brought out the maze most evenings, when we open up Hugo’s area. And tonight was the first time we saw him exploring a bit more – rooting around (without hidden treats inside).

Despite his size, Hugo’s a huge softie. And not the bravest bunny on the block. So it’s nice to see him exploring, and testing the unknown a little bit more.

I think with Daisy around, he wasn’t as able or willing to push at the boundaries. Now that he’s on his own, he’s starting to emerge a little bit more. He’s still quite shy and reserved, but moments like this remind us how much of a young bunny he is, still.
