On Security, Armored Cars, and Dents

I was pulling out of the parking lot, when I noticed two security vehicles parked by the local CVS. My guess was they were there to do a cash pickup.
Normally, I would expect there to be just one armored vehicle. But today I saw two! One was a regular armored car, and the other was a regular car, with the security company’s logo on the side.

The thing that caught my eye though? The regular security car had a dent in the side of it.
This got me wondering: if I see security vehicles out in the world, would it give me more or less comfort seeing dents on those vehicles? Does a dent imply that it’s seen (and survived) some serious action?
Do I want my action heroes to actually have real, legitimate scars? Or do I want them to look like lifeguards from Baywatch?
All this got me wondering again about security guards and tattoos. All of this, happening while I was in my car, working my way out of a parking lot.
I think it’s fair to say that I do a terrible job driving a vehicle. And I would do an equally terrible job, trying to rob an armored vehicle.
I should probably just stick to stealing batteries.
