Blind Spot

Tonight, I went to see a movie with Justin and Emma, and met up with Alex, Sonja and Hennie (spelling?). We all went to go see Blind Spot, a documentary focusing on Hitler’s secretary, which was showing at the Music Box. My oh my, what a gorgeous place. And we didn’t even see the main feature there… I got a quick glimpse at the main room, and that thing was palacial! We were all in the smaller second theater, which was incredibly intimate and cozy and cool in its own right.

The documentary itself wasn’t all that great. For the most part, someone interviewed her and the footage all seemed like an afterthought. While it did give some insight into Hitler’s "personal" interactions, overall it just wasn’t that strong or compelling a film. We were all split down the middle: half of us made it through, half of us nodded off at one point or another.
