Sick Day

I got to bed around 6 and woke up, late, around 9. Called Justin and caught him driving into work. When I told him I was going to be late and how I was up for a long while, he told me to go ahead and just call in sick. :)

I guess it’s ok. I mean, since I started freelancing some while ago in August, I haven’t really ever "called in sick." The only times I’ve missed work are either due to pulling all-nighters and taking the subsequent day off, or that week I was teaching in Alabama. So calling in felt nice.

Next thing I know, I wake up and it’s around 1:00. Spent most of the day goofing off.
