Ann

Tonight, I spent a good deal of time on the phone with Ann, an ex-girlfriend of mine from a few years back. We got caught up on recent events, and had a good chat about what we’re both up to. It was really nice talking to her, and it sounds like graduate school is going through many of the same cuts and stresses that the business world is experiencing.

There were a few awkward moments, but overall… it felt like a good conversation: two people wishing the other good luck and good fortune.
