Papers Papers Papers

Today, I had a meeting with my accountant. That sounds really weird. I’ve never really hired anyone to do my taxes before but, this year, I just wanted someone else to handle everything for me. I got Nikki’s name from my friend Stu, and she helped me file an extension in April.

Today, we were to meet and go over paperwork. I dug around the apartment and tried to sift through all the financial crap that I had gathered in piles, but never organized. After spending a calm ten minutes reviewing things, I packed my papers into my bag and headed out the door. All day, I kept worrying that I had forgotten something.
