What Is It About Thunderstorms

I woke up around 5:30 AM. A light thundering in the background, and the sound of rain on the porch. I was awake enough to have this sad, lonely moment where I wanted someone to put their arm around me. Rain in the morning seems to have this effect on me.

I eventually fell asleep after a few minutes. But that was a few minutes longer than I would have liked.
