Off-Site Meeting

Overall, a very productive meeting, and a nice snapshot of what’s in store for us in the upcoming months.

Here’s a little story worth sharing. Matt and Ben both arrived early, and were sitting around bonding with Deb’s two cats. Matt looked up at Deb, and asked: Do your cats have any respiratory problems? On Deb’s reply that, no, her cats did not have any breathing problems… Matt took this out of his pocket:

Deb later told us that she was completely taken aback, and unsure what to do. Assuming Matt was asking permission to smoke marijuana in her home… a thousand questions raced through her head: Was he inviting her to paticipate? Should she allow it? Should she ask that he put it away? What was the right thing to do?

Turns out, Matt had brought over some catnip for the felines.
