Finally

After close to a year of having signage up and the interior ready… Chipotle is finally open near work. They’ve been advertising for a really, really long time. But it wasn’t until last week that Ben and I noticed it was actually open for business.

Seriously – they had some sort of zoning permit hassle, or some such thing. For almost a year, that place has been sitting on the corner of Lake and Franklin. Just taunting us. A year!

We had lunch here today, and it was everything I hoped it would be. I could eat Chipotle fairly regularly. You’d be better off not knowing how regularly.

Back in Columbus, Matt used to refer to their burritos as “little babies.”

And you know what? I gotta say… I’m a big fan of their website. Slick, well-made, and very playful. I dig it.
