The Eyes Have It

Right after this building was sold (on North Ave), a fence was constructed near the sidewalk. Which is puzzling, since there hasn’t been any construction to speak of. The entire structure has been seemingly abandoned, and weeds have overtaken the front yard (many of which are taller than most people).

Most days, there are concert announcements and flyers stapled to this thing. It’s a bit like a web page, as it seems to change on a day-to-day basis. But today, someone ripped off almost all the flyers, and I found this.
