Camera Obscura

Headed over to Chris’ place, and ended up catching a bit of rain en route. Threw on a poncho, but what little protection I got from the rain was lost in how much it made me sweat.

Arriving, we hung out for a while and munched on some Kool Aid and cupcakes (courtesy of Eric).

This is one of those “stick the camera high and shoot” crowd shots.

This is another one of those, but I happened to get just these two girls.

Camera obscura!

I gotta tell you – while the concert was a blast, I was sweating like I have never sweated before. The whole night was like being in an oven that just kept getting hotter and hotter and hotter. At one point, Chris ended up leaving for a bit, just to walk around, because he was worried about passing out.

My clothes were, literally, sticking to my flesh. I could have jumped up into a wall and I would have stuck. Seriously – that bad.

The whole evening went on a good while. Things started around 9:30 PM, three bands, and I didn’t end up getting back until about 1:30 AM. Home, I just slid out of my clothes and called it a night.
