My schedule is all messed up now. I went to bed early last night, and woke up around 5:30 AM. I watched movies off and on in the morning, and took more naps than was really necessary. In fact, I spent most of the day sleeping.
Does anyone else have days like this? I seem to go through phases where I’ll just sleep through an entire day, as though my body were trying to get caught up on some sort of deficit. Seriously, given a ratio of time I’ve spent awake vs. time I’ve spent asleep today?
I’d say it’s an even 50/50.
