Hooray! Less Clicking For Everyone!

I made a few slight changes, which have been long, long overdue. First of all – the text link (on the right) for the latest entry now no longer points to the current day. It points to yesterday. Since I update this blog in the evenings, there’s rarely anything on the “current day,” so pointing to yesterday saves everyone a click backwards one day.

The technical “home page” of the blog is at http://www.avoision.com/portnoy/. I’ve removed the home page, and added in a redirect, which should automatically take you to the most recent (yesterday’s) blog entry. If you bookmark http://www.avoision.com/portnoy/, you should always be taken to the most recent blog entry (saving yet another click).

Long overdue, but if you’re still here reading – you’ve probably forgiven me this terrible User Interface flaw and accepted it. I’d like to say right now: thanks for sticking around. Hopefully this will make the experience a little more enjoyable.
