Huge Progress, Launch imminent

I made some great progress tonight. Exported I don’t know how many versions of the movie, and got a lower quality copy that I’m comfortable with displaying. I’ve got some more work to do in terms of text/content, but I’m really, really close. Some research into making this thing available via bit torrent is in my future.

I gave my coworkers a sneak peek today, and the response was absolutely fantastic. Everyone reacted in ways that I had hoped, a lot of laughter, and a lot of requests for repeat viewing.

I’m totally excited to get this thing off the ground. Part of this project will end up driving traffic (I hope) to my friend Dan’s site, so I’m sort of waiting for him to get things settled on his end. Most likely, we’re talking about a Friday launch date.

Good stuff coming up. I really think the wait will have been worth it.
