Dan Launches his site!

As we intended, www.danfrickmusic.com launches tonight as well!

The song that I used in my movie is called “Pain in the Elbow.” The song is played by Scott Fox, and appears on Dan’s album. As you may recall, I got to hear Dan play about a year and a half ago, when he flew back from Japan.

I got both Scott and Dan’s permission to use the song, and as luck would have it… Dan was working on his website at around the same time. We decided to launch our respective projects/sites at the same time.

I’m a big fan of Dan’s music, his song Astronaut in particular. Also, he’s got a great video where he and the Moka Girls High School choir (the school where he teaches) perform “Always With Me,” the theme song from Miyazaki’s Spirited Away.

Dan’s a great musician who should have more ears listening to his songs. I hope his website gets some heavy traffic as well.
