Liz Works on the Front Lawn

Liz has taken to working on the front yard some, and is actively wedding and trying to revive our front yard.

An initial attempt at spreading grass didn’t turn out that well, so she found some kind of mixture that lets you fill in “gaps” with seeds. This is Liz, patching up the yard.

It’s actually pretty neat, as the seeds are mixed with some dirt and paper to help retain moisture.

Giving the yard a good water…

We’ve yet to come up with a name for this guy, but Mr. Robin here is one smart bird. When Liz dug up some of the plants near the fence, the bird came really close to pick off all the worms that were unearthed.

After she had put down the grass mixture on the lawn, we noticed him hopping and hovering around, looking for anything we might have turned up.
