Chicago League of Lady Arm Wrestlers
Put on by Sideshow Theatre, CLLAW (better known as the Chicago League of Lady Arm Wrestlers) is a “fundraising theatrical experience” and looks like a really fun time.
I can’t believe I just now found out about this (apparently, there have been seven prior events). Gauging by some of the photos, it looks over the top and incredibly raucous. Too bad I’m headed out of town this weekend!
For those interested, all proceeds go to Sideshow Theatre and the Howard Brown Health Center.

This strikes fear into my heart as I’m sitting here with a broken humerus as the result of a Christmas party arm wrestling match. I seriously can’t watch two people arm wrestle without constantly thinking that I’m just about to hear that (now familiar) snap of a bone.
