No Wonder This Room is Cold

I was working from home yesterday, and I’m not exactly sure when I noticed it… but there’s a small hole in the wall that partly opens up to the outside. How did we not notice this before now?

This is what the room looked like, back in December. That bit of conduit on the wall was left by the original owner, and the more I think on it… the less I know what it was actually intended for. The conduit and wire were removed recently, and it’s left this small hole in the wall that we will need to eventually patch.

The hole isn’t a direct opening to the outside, but I can see a bit of daylight. Another thing to add to the list to fix.
