Hindsight

Snapped this photo with my phone, while standing in the last Metra car, looking back at the city. There was more snow melting than falling today, and this resulted in a great deal of water on the back window.

I know there’s a filter for this kind of effect in Photoshop, but it was nice to encounter it out in the wild, without manipulation. And in some ways, it feels more like a photo taken in April, than it does a photo taken in January.

But that might just be wishful thinking.
