Hinged Cellar Door: Setup

Continuing work on making the hinged cellar door. I made a small jig, based on the shape of the hinges… and Bob cut the profiles into the deck itself.

We needed some supports on either side, near the edge by the yard. I set this one in place with some wood glue and screws.

The other side required a bit more of a custom shape – made from a 4×6 that Bob transformed (with the table saw).
