The Last Thing I Want to Think About
When it comes to ambulances and emergencies and hospitals? The last thing I want to think about is the notion that tiers of quality exist. More thorough brain surgeons? Smarter nuclear missile silo operators? More accurate commercial jet pilots?
Here’s a tip. If your company or service is responsible for human lives, try not to use qualitative adjectives in your name. When I see a “Superior” ambulance company, it only makes me realize that the idea of an “Inferior” ambulance exists out there.
Instead of viewing your company or service as top of the line, cynics like me are reminded of the fact that we humans are, typically, fallible. And prone to less than excellence.
I’m down with a better beer. And I’m all for who’s got the best football team. But as far as whose ambulance services are “superior?”
Man… what a downer.
// Edit from the future: more info about the company name.
I work for Superior (and I won’t be there forever). I think I recognize those two.
