Afterparty

A few of us hung out afterwards, and helped break down the site. We packed everything into Rob’s car, and everyone planned on reconvening at Rob’s.

I feel bad as, so far, I have yet to see Rob’s place. But I was completely beat, and planned on heading home to recover from the weekend.

At the party today, I ended up meeting one of Rob’s friends, Erik, who I had several interesting conversations with. The two of us played catch for a bit, and talked about kinetic sculptures, and the role of mathematics in furniture creation.

I got his card, and I’m hoping to hang out with him at some future time. Once I get his permission (hopefully), I’ll link to his site, as he’s got some cool stuff up there (and a lot of it’s for sale, to boot).
