Chess Club

Went to Chess Club again today, and it was pretty tame compared to two weeks ago. Only a handful of us tonight: me, Charlie, a new guy named Joseph, and two others: Matt and Evelyn (who I believe were also in attendence two weeks ago).

Charlied made pretty quick work of me in the two games we played. I did well against both Evelyn and the two games I had with Joseph. Didn’t get a chance to play Matt, but I ended up ducking out instead of starting up another game (wanted to get home and fiddle some more with the poem).

Pretty fun night overall. Good games, and I learned about some restaurant on Wacker that serves only cereal. Cereality? Something like that? Gotta check that out.
