Vince the Cat

Stopped in today to check in on Vince while Chelsea is off camping. He was a bit shy, as he didn’t really approach me all that much, and stuck around the kitchen the whole time.

I sat on the floor for a while, to let him get used to me (he tends to warm up, after a few days). But today, he kept his distance. When I tried to get closer and let him smell my hand… he sniffed me a bit, and then took a few bites. Nothing bad, but in my playfulness I figured he was only nibbling a little – possibly playing back. Well, Vince got in a few good chomps and ended up drawing a little blood.

Soooo… guess it’ll be another day or two, before he gets all cuddly with me. :)
